Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During new batch releases, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

Shipping Time 

Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $200.

Tracking 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Delays 

Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to postal service delays. BUTTR is not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address 

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
