Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.


All BUTTR orders are freshly baked in small batches and made to order, so we are unable to restock or resell items once they have been dispatched.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@houseofbuttr.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. 

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Order Issues 

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once your order has been dispatched.


Change of Mind 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.


Incorrect Shipping Details 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
